These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of DNAi Hub products. By placing an order or using our products, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Who we are
DNAi Hub is a brand operated and its products are sold by SCOOCS, Unipessoal, LDA ("SCOOCS", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Portugal at Rua Direita N.º 188, 1, 5400-220 Chaves, Portugal, with Tax ID (NIF) PT516208624. You can reach us at hello@scoocs.co.
2. What we sell
We offer two kinds of digital products:
- Online course — "ChatGPT for Everyday Life", a self-paced course of pre-recorded video lessons and related materials. The course is created by DNAi Hub and delivered through our course platform, Thinkific.
- Personalized digital readings and reports — for example Astra birth-chart readings and Astra compatibility readings, which are generated from information you provide (such as birth date, time and place) and delivered on this site. These are digital, for-entertainment products.
Everything we sell is a digital product. Nothing physical is shipped.
3. Eligibility
Our products are intended for adults. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to purchase or use them, and you confirm the information you provide at checkout is accurate.
4. Prices & payment
Prices are shown on each product page and may change over time; the price that applies is the one shown at the moment you complete checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Where applicable, taxes are shown or added in accordance with law.
5. Delivery & access
For the course, we send access details to the email address you provide at checkout, and access is delivered through Thinkific. For personalized readings, generation begins after your purchase and the result is delivered on this site (and, where relevant, by email). If you don't receive access, contact hello@scoocs.co and we'll help.
6. License & acceptable use
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use it for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not resell, share, sublicense, publicly distribute, or reproduce the course, readings or related materials, and you may not scrape, copy, or attempt to extract our content or systems in bulk. You agree not to misuse the products or use them for any unlawful purpose.
7. Entertainment disclaimer
Our astrology, numerology and other AI-generated readings and reports are provided for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not professional advice and are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional guidance. We make no guarantee of accuracy, outcomes, or results, and you should not make important decisions based solely on a reading. If you need professional advice, please consult a qualified professional.
8. Intellectual property
All course content, text, video, designs, artwork, software and branding on DNAi Hub are owned by SCOOCS or its licensors and are protected by law. The license in Section 6 does not transfer any ownership to you. A personalized report generated for you is provided for your personal use as described above.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: the course carries a 30-day money-back guarantee, while personalized readings are generated on demand and are non-refundable once generated, except where the law requires otherwise or we failed to deliver due to a fault on our side.
10. Availability, third parties & changes
We aim to keep our products available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may update, improve or discontinue products over time. Our products rely on third-party services (including Stripe, Thinkific, and our AI provider) whose own terms and availability are outside our control.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCOOCS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for any decisions you make based on a reading or on course content. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer. Where our liability is not excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and disputes are subject to the competent Portuguese courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence within the EU. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your purchase, identified by the "last updated" date above.
